Experience

When I first left school I completed a time served appreniceship in joinery, plumbing and heating. I then started my own business when I was 20 refurbishing bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms.

After high rates of customer satisfaction, I decided that I was going to push myself further. In 2008 I decided to take the next step to re-invest with new branding and extra tooling to make the leap to the complete building world.

Executive Developments and Maintenance was established in June of 2008, since then we have grown to a very professional complete building services company. Our extensive knowledge of the building trade makes us top of our league and we thrive on keeping up to date with all buidling regulations. We are always very happy to take on the jobs that may be to overwhelming for other building companies.

Our company aim is to grow by taking on larger projects but at the same time keeping our feet firmly on the ground ensuring that all our clients get the same level of service whether it is a kitchen refurbushment or a new house build.

In the December of 2008 I won my first extension for a lovely elderly couple in Hucknall, I remember thinking to myself this is very exciting, this is my opportunity to shine! I wasn't just building roofs or refurbishing bathrooms/kitchens anymore, I was building. The extension was completed on time and looked amazing, leaving my customer and myself with the reasurance that I could confidently build to high standards.

Since that extension, each job Ive completed has seemed to get larger and now 6 years on Executive Developments and Maintenance has grown and is fulfilling its name. All our future bespoke Extensions, Loft conversions and much more will be met with the same enthusium and high workmanship standards.
